Please read this information carefully before placing an order.
All product prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at current legal rate (Portugal) and exclude delivery charges. If the shipping address of the order is outside the EU, VAT will be deduced at checkout.
Returning customers (logged in) with last placed order with shipping address outside the EU will see all prices tax excluded.
For orders outside the European Union, VAT and other customs taxes may be charged at arrival at country of destination, at the customer's expense.
We reserve ourselves the right to change prices stated on our website at any time, due to sales or promotion periods or for any other reason we deem necessary. Those prices won't affect past orders. Current prices are always visible at the moment of checkout.
Orders will be confirmed after checkout process is complete, immediately on screen and by a confirmation email. If you fail to receive your confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
We reserve ourselves the right to cancel any excessive orders* placed on our website, which will be fully refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on total value of purchased goods and destination of the order (please see our current shipping offers here).
All our business and shipping costs and packaging is based on orders placed by individuals for personal use, and not for orders placed by groups or resellers, who order quantities above normal. Orders must have a reasonable limit in quantity, please contact us if you are planning to place any such order. For oversized orders, we must recalculate shipping costs. Our customer service will contact you to provide a shipping quote for approval or you may email us before.
Delivery: Products will be dispatched within 1-4 working days after receipt of payment or proof of payment, by registered mail (Portuguese Post). A tracking number will be provided to customers via email.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by 3-rd party carriers or by customs inspections at the country of destination.

However, not all foreign postal systems provide real-time status updates or data integration. We can't guarantee tracking in countries that don't scan or show online status of incoming parcels. In that case, you will have to be patient.
In many cases, it might be necessary to track the number at your local postal tracking system in order to obtain more information. In some countries (eg. South Korea), tracking is not possible while parcels are held for customs inspections.
Delays and Missing parcels
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery or parcels gone missing during the delivery process. In case of missing parcels, you must contact your local post office. We cannot contact foreign post offices directly.We will however bear and refund the costs of missing parcels, but only after an official confirmation that parcel is actually missing. We cannot be held responsible and won't refund the value for missing parcels based on errors in delivery address at time of checkout.
Payment can be done via Paypal (including all major credit cards) or by bank wire. Payments will only be considered effective upon receipt of payment confirmation in case of Paypal or credit cards, and upon receipt of the money at our bank account in case of bank transfer. In case of bank transfers, please send a proof of payment as soon as possible, to speed up the delivery process.
Validity of orders
If the payment is not made within 3 business days of the order date, the order will be cancelled.
Exchanges and Returns
Returns within the European Union: Any product can be exchanged or returned within 15 days and upon informing us by email or through the website. The purchase price minus shipping charges, will be returned. For exchange or return, we will only accept products that are in perfect conditions and have not been used or otherwise handled (washed, sewed, etc).
Costs associated with the return of the product will be borne by the customer.
Costs for exchange will be split: the customer pays for the return and we pay for the replace delivery. If any product is defective from the factory, customers will be reimbursed in total value including shipping costs.
Returns from outside the European Union: Returns for items shipped to countries outside the European Union need to be validated by our Customer Service and can only happen under exceptional conditions.
Out of stock items
In case of a rupture of stocks, customers will be notified via email and refunded of the respective value.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled before delivery by email or through the website. After orders have been dispatched, they can only be Returned after arriving at destination, at the customer's expenses. Order from outside the European Union can only be returned after contacting customer service and validating all necessary steps, and only under exceptional conditions.
Data Privacy and Confidentiality
We guarantee he confidentiality of the data obtained through our website or through the orders of our customers.The store does not disclose, sell or leasing the customer data to third parties.
